Times Table Square Quilt.

Now, I have no idea where this idea came from, but I do know that it kept me from sleeping one night. As I think I've mentioned before, I've very quickly become obsessed with quilting, and am continually thinking of ideas for new quilts.

So one night, I'm lying there, trying to sleep but my little brain just wouldn't let me. When from out of nowhere came the idea for the times table square. When I was younger I would draw these up all the time to try and help me learn my times tables. My children are older now and so have no need for one of these quilts, but I still had to make it.

So I then had to think about how the numbers would be attached to the fabric and what colours to use etc. I decided to go for bright rainbow colours and designed the quilt using a table in a Word document.

Once I figured it all out the rest was fairly easy. Hope you like it. I may even do a little tutorial at some point if there is enough demand for it. What do you think?

So here it is in all it's colourful glory.

I think this would be fab for any child. You can order one over on my Facebook page. Sonja's Stitchery.

Bye for now
